An office refurbishment to ready the premises for a new tenant.

This office refurbishment of Level 14 and Level 15 at the Lumley Building was overseen by Accent Construction, with interior design by CPRW Fisher. The loose and fixed furniture was carefully selected to bring life to the space while still making it flexible for a tenant to make it their own.

Ledge Banquette seating creates two distinctive zones, one in the staff cafeteria for dining, and the other as more of a breakout space.
