Meeting the standards of the 21st century – a forward thinking office space
IAG enlisted the help of design group Unispace to help them transition from a traditional office to an agile, open environment to encourage communication and teamwork. With modern employees demanding flexible working spaces that are conductive to thinking, the insurance company felt as though the conventional design inhibited staff to see clear career pathways and impacted their growth.
To solve this problem, an updated lay-out was designed to help employees connect and collaborate. A pool table, comfortable banquette seating and a fully operational kitchen break this company away from the traditional mold, creating a multi-purpose space to engage in. Meeting and social spaces were also given an update, with solid timber leaners and elegant HPL stools adding timeless class.
