Our Story
Harrows is a family business with over 30 years of furniture-making experience, led by three brothers, Mark, Tim, and Rich Suckling. Trained by their father, who started his own furniture business in New Zealand in the 80s and 90s, they have carried on the legacy of quality craftsmanship.
Expanding their horizons, the brothers took on a small business specializing in importing and reselling hospitality furniture. They quickly recognized the demand for stylish, well-designed furniture in New Zealand, where the market poses unique challenges, such as stock availability and budget constraints.
Harrows tackles these challenges by sourcing raw frames and components both locally and internationally, allowing for limitless design possibilities. This innovative approach ensures that good design, made locally, remains flexible and accessible.
Today, Harrows continues to innovate, catering to a broader audience while maintaining a commitment to personalized, high-quality furniture.
