Perched on the 20th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton on Queen St is The Churchill, a stunning rooftop bar providing gin with a view. Designed by Izzard, the opulent space is inspired by the beverage traditions of the 1920s, with panoramic views of the city and a carefully curated liquor selection.
It’s no surprise The Churchill is a finalist in 2019’s Best Awards. Innovative design and attention for detail has resulted in a light-filled space exuding a vibe that is sophisticated yet relaxed. It was a pleasure and a challenge for Harrows to deliver a variety of personalised furniture into the space. Harrows executed intricate brass inlays in solid timber tops, and tiled mosiac-style Motif tops to perch at while taking in the multi-million dollar views that surround the bar.
With its Art Deco decor, smooth curvature and glittering view, The Churchill is on its way to becoming one of Auckland’s most iconic spots.
