JTB Architects took out the 2023/24 Nelson/Marlborough Architecture Awards Winner, Commercial Architecture with their inspiring New Zealand Wine Centre Project for the Marlborough Research Centre, on the NMIT campus.
It is a build where work and collaboration take place – a collaboration hub for viticulture education, research and innovation – “where researchers, innovators and educators can mix, mingle and share” says Gerald Hope, Chief Executive, Marlborough Research Centre.
A simple yet sophisticated pallette was used for internal finishes, with the Harrows designed and manufactured Classic Leaner and Impart Seating creating zones for collaboration within the space.
