A unique lakeside restaurant showing off the food and scenery New Zealand has to offer
The interior of Boardwalk restaurant was designed by Buchan Group to reflect a modern nautical theme. Located in one of Queenstown’s most iconic waterfront sites, it boasts impressive lakeside views and contemporary cuisine.
Harrows supplied the majority of furniture pieces into the eatery, which is split in half by a bar area at one end and restaurant at the other. These areas were thoughtfully connected by design details such as brass, stained timber and rich velvet upholstery. Zones were created within the space by building partitions behind the banquette seating, which were stained to match the timber chairs, stools and table tops. Outdoors, Villa Chairs are powder coated crisp white, inviting diners to enjoy the mountain air and unique views of New Zealand.
