Movida has long been a well-loved Melbourne institution on the hospitality scene and is now an exceptional additional to the Auckland dining scene.

Izzard Design has done an immaculate job in the interior concept which is warm and welcoming and pays tribute to the distinct Melbourne Movida vibes.

Harrows were delighted to help deliver in the details, with stunning solid timber table tops throughout. The American Ash tops are laminated and machined from raw ash in our NZ factory. The local manufacture allowed the design team to specify the details like radiused edges and a bullnose edge profile.

The tops are finished off with a Matt Lacquer, while just as durable as a gloss or satin finish, the result is remarkable and really elevates the surfaces adding textural depth and variation to the fitout.
