Designers and makers who understand how spatial form connects to human experience - Harrows proudly partnered on this connected, community-focused workplace, winner of the 2025 Interior Awards.

Harrows partnered with Stack Interiors on the award-winning UDC Finance workplace, designing and manufacturing furniture that seamlessly supported the project’s sculptural vision. Located at Auckland’s sustainably benchmarked 50 Albert Street, the fit-out blends brand identity, flexible working, and warm, welcoming social spaces.
The project demanded a high degree of precision. Harrows’ banquettes were manufactured offsite to integrate effortlessly with curved joinery – also produced offsite by the client’s joiner. This required trust, adaptability, and clear communication throughout. The result: a flawless install, flowing forms, and a tactile softness that anchors the space.
Harrows was engaged early not just for technical capability, but for our ability to collaborate and deliver confidently at every stage. We’re designers and makers who understand how spatial form connects to human experience – how furniture shapes flow, supports movement, and enables moments of belonging.
In UDC’s workplace, connection is central. From the hot-desking neighbourhoods to the central town hall space, the furniture plays a quiet but vital role in encouraging interaction, building culture, and reinforcing a sense of home for a dynamic team.
Collaborating with Harrows on the UDC project was crucial to meeting key phases of the project. Their clear communication, adaptability and commitment to achieving the best outcomes, especially in working closely with the joiner for design & install.
