From the award winning hospo operators, Lisa and Brent Quarrie, Weave Eatery has a focus on fresh food, with a fit out to celebrate collaboration.
Designwell engineered the spatial design to revolve around the concept of the word weave – connecting people, to share ideas, connect and mingle. As Weave is a central meeting point within the Waikato Innovation park, it was designed with a range of seating to support the different ways that people meet – banquette seating, high tables, a dining table and perching spots for takeaway coffees.
Harrows manufactured a extensive banquette seating with custom partitioning to create a sense of privacy and calm amidst the busy and open space. The banquette seating and slatted walls were manufactured and finished offsite before freighting and installing them for a streamlined onsite installation experience. This allowed the furniture to feel fully integrated with itself and the space, including power supply built-in to the kickplates of the banquette seating.
The finishing includes a lot of natural materials and earthy tones, highlights will small accents of bold reds to weave the brand personality throughout.
