Arco Group's fit-out highlights how furniture can create cohesion across shared spaces
For ARCO Group’s Whangārei offices, Harrows worked closely with the designer Interior Creative, the main contractor and the client to deliver a cohesive workplace fit-out.
A consistent natural timber language was carried throughout the fit-out, linking formal and informal areas of the workplace. Terete meeting tables anchor the meeting rooms, complemented by banquette seating that softens the space and introduces a more relaxed, collaborative feel. This same natural timber is carried through social and breakout areas, creating continuity across the workplace and a sense of warmth and connection as people move through the building.
Harrows coordinated closely with the team on site to align flooring and carpet transitions and ensure a clean, considered fit across all shared areas. Delivery and installation were staged to suit the build programme and support a smooth handover.
The result is a workplace that feels connected and comfortable, with natural timber furniture providing consistency across the space.
