Collaborative furniture to drive engagement at Cirtex.
Collaborative furniture to drive engagement at Cirtex.

Collaboration doesn’t only happen in meeting rooms. Increasingly, designers are activating overlooked spaces to create opportunities for spontaneous interaction. When furniture is placed with intent, even transitional areas can become catalysts for engagement.
Interior Creative embraced this principle in their fit-out for Cirtex, specifying Harrows’ Array Collaborate seating as part of a strategy to encourage informal connection. Configured in a 240-degree semi-circle, with a wrap-around planter, the seating creates a sense of inclusion and openness, inviting employees to pause and share ideas, while still feeling sheltered and private. Positioned between formal meeting rooms and desk settings, it transforms movement through the space into moments of collaboration.
This approach extended throughout the workplace, with furniture solutions that support connection in every setting—from a solid timber boardroom table that anchors formal discussions to banquette seating and leaners that make the cafeteria a social hub. Together, these elements create a workplace that feels more connected and dynamic, proving that the right furniture, in the right place, can shape better ways of working.
